Terms of Service

Desk Reset is an SMS-based wellness service. You agree to receive recurring marketing text messages about movement reminders — up to 2 messages per day. Message and data rates may apply.

You opt in by submitting your phone number on our website and replying START to our confirmation text. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out you will receive a single confirmation message and no further texts.

The Desk Reset trial is free for 5 weekdays. To continue past the trial, you may subscribe for $7 per month via Stripe. Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your account page or via the Stripe Customer Portal. No refunds are issued for partial periods.

Desk Reset is currently available only to users with US or Canada phone numbers.

Desk Reset is not medical advice. The movement suggestions are general wellness tips. Consult a healthcare provider before starting any new physical activity, especially if you have an existing condition or injury.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or if your phone carrier blocks our messages. You may close your account at any time by replying STOP and emailing harrison@deskreset.co.

Desk Reset is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Desk Reset is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via SMS or email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
