We use your phone number solely to deliver Desk Reset messages. We use your email (if provided) for billing notifications. We use marketing attribution data — UTM parameters and Meta Pixel cookies — to measure our ad campaigns. We use message activity to improve the product.

We do not sell your phone number, email, or personal data to third parties. We share data only with the following service providers, strictly to operate the service:

• ClickSend — SMS delivery
• Stripe — payment processing
• Clerk — account authentication
• Supabase — database hosting
• Vercel — application hosting
• PostHog — anonymized product analytics
• Meta (Facebook) — anonymized conversion attribution

We retain your data indefinitely while your account is active. If you request deletion, we will delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal compliance — for example, billing records.

If you reside in California, the EU, or the UK, you have additional rights under CCPA / GDPR, including the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Email Harrison at harrison@deskreset.co to exercise these rights.

Desk Reset is registered with the Mobile Marketing Association via The Campaign Registry (TCR) for 10DLC messaging in the United States. Our messages are sent from a registered short code or 10DLC long code in compliance with carrier policies.

Desk Reset is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated via SMS or email.
